    Implementing a program of Organizational Culture Change.

  • High complexity. We faced strong pressures from headquarter due to stocks market expectations. Low digit growth, benefits issues. Matrix organization with lot of different levels of management and responsibilities. A lots of change within few years, none succeed. Old culture not updated regarding past years huge changes in both environment and company.

    Our intervention included meetings with the management team and employees session worldwide using EFQM questionnaire to asses current culture and needs. Selection of urgent actions for change and implementation through multi levels/cultures/roles/locations, Change Project Teams.

    The objective was to help the organization succeeding in the implementation of a new organizational structure (matrix, category and regions) by using the levers of Cultural Change, i.e. behavioral change

  • Supporting Trainings

    Developed and implemented supporting training for HUB project:

  • one of the biggest airplane companies and its national airport were cooperating to expand the functioning of the airport as a major European Hub. The objectives were to developed and implemented supporting training for the new management and integrated systems of the two companies.

    Development and implementation of quality management

  • in an organization that was not functioning, suffering from loss of market share and lack of responsiveness to customer complaints. IPC implemented major change program, which reduced number of directors from 5 to 3, and implemented continuous improvement processes through the INK quality model. Afterwards the organization went on to get ISO certified and won prizes for best customer service

  • Business Transformation

  • Transforming one of the biggest districts heating company (6.500 employees, 5th district heating system in the world). The program focus in assisting the CEO and top-executives in creating the company vision and strategic planning. A reengineering purchasing processes (representing 40% from the corporate operating cost) was established together with a performance measurement system (budget processing, profit centers, new reporting) and a controlling department

  • SAP Integration

    In charge of managing SAP Training for the biggest SAP program implementation nationwide

  • in a branch of a big multinational. The mission was requesting the development of the training strategy and its integration in the whole change management process of Finance & IT Division.

    The project aim was to concentrate all accounting processes (2.000 accountants) and to deliver accounting & IT services for the whole group. Our main challenges were the coordination of delivery of all computer-based and project management training inside the company, recruit and build a 14 persons training team for the FI, CO, MM, SD modules, coordination of the training manual development in alignment with the SAP and BPR teams, coordinating the key-user and end-user training program (more than 3.000 users trained)

  • The mother company wanted its subsidiaries to elaborate a common vision for their business in the country. The coaching session took place in a 2 days meeting with 14 top managers from 4 independent subsidiaries. Using the “Allies Strategy” and Organizational Diagnostic, enabled the team to overcome resistances and to establish a shared vision.

    Realization of a survey on the salaries in Healthcare sector in 2 countries.

  • The company faced a huge increased of salaries in strategic countries. We performed a survey of the salaries of the sector, interviewing more than 100 professionals and provided our customer with the state of the demand plus a forecast of the trend in salaries expectations for the next 5 years.

  • Project Ignition

    Advisory on a highly political and strategic program of change in the infrastructure of the investment fund market.

  • The aim was to set up the initiation stage of this highly strategically business project, highlighting the milestones of the strategy, the business plan, the stakeholder's relations and including the creation of a large IT infrastructure platform.

Jean-Pierre Raffalli

Certified coach and management consultant with experience in transformation programs. Jean-Pierre was an executive for almost 20 years in retail, compelling the experience of managing a business unit and working in large companies. He is an accredited member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and President of the Luxembourg chapter of ICF. He is experienced in managing projects in a multicultural context.

Rainer Musselmann

Accredited member of the European Association for Supervision, Rainer is a coach since 1988. Certified master trainer for Process Communication and Process Therapy Model, Rainer has trained more than 100 days a year since 1984.

Ciprian Moga
